Full payment is required on arrival. A breakage /damage deposit of EUR100 must be paid on arrival and is held for period of stay. It is refunded on day of departure subject to no damage/breakages having occurred.

House will be available for occupation between the hours of 2pm to 6pm on the Saturday of arrival.

• House must be vacated by 12 noon on Saturay of departure
• House must be left in a clean and tidy condition
• Refuse must be left outside back door in sealedbag.
• Electricity charges are based on meter readings and will be checked on arrival and departure.

Pets are not allowed in the house.
