The House is located on a sloping, South facing, elevated site 3Km east of the village of Mulranny. The house has outstanding views of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick and is within a short walk of Mulranny's excellent E.U. Blue Flag Beach.

The village of Mulranny has 2 small supermarkets which will cater for all your needs. Along with a number of pubs it also boasts 2 charming restaurants which are converted thatch roof cottages. Mulranny also has a 9 hole Links Golf Course. The towns of Westport and Castlebar are only 20 miles away.
